Ole has been employed at Innlandet Evenstad University College for 14 years, where he established a department for externally funded research, development and innovation. Here, Ole was responsible for Evenstad's EU and interregional projects.

Ole has been the general manager of Norway's largest forest contractor and worked for 10 years with the commercialization of products and services in forestry and outback.

Ole has also been active in politics and was deputy mayor in Åmot municipality in the period 2015-2019.

Today, Ole is development manager and chairman of the board at the consulting company INNO-UT AS and project manager at SMI T1.

Over 10 years' experience with innovation and collaboration projects in the public sector - from local to international, from project management to the development of measurement indicators linked to complex performance targets.

Today, Lars works as Head of business development in Åmot municipality and works with strategic projects within community and business development.

SMI Innovation and the development of Åmot as a wind- and hydropower municipality have the highest priority.

Lars reports directly to the CEO of the municipality.

Lars sits in the working group at SMI T1.

Ole Henrik has a long career as a business developer at Sør-Østerdal Næringshage AS and works particularly towards the SME segment.

Ole contributes to creating a viable and future-oriented business life in our region and works at the breaking point between the municipalities, the county council and the policy apparatus aimed at regional business development.

Today, Ole Henrik is acting general manager of Sør-Østerdal Næringshage AS, which is the owner of SMI Innovation T1.
